Shipping Policy

We ship within 1-2 days on all orders received Monday – Friday , excluding Public Holidays. Orders received on a weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.

Shipping generally takes 2-5 working days. Please note WA tends to take longer.

Shipping excludes PO Boxes, Locked or Private Mail Bags, Parcel Lockers and Remote Islands.

*Please be sure to write a comment in “special instructions” at checkout if you require any special shipping instructions (ie: leave at side door…). Unfortunately, once your package is shipped, we are not able to notify the courier,so any further modifications would become customers responsibility. If you have not received your package within 10 days, please assume there is something wrong, and contact us right away. Since we have no control over packages once they leave our facility, this will give us the best chance of success in helping you locate it.
