We take great measures to ensure that we bring you only the best quality products and provide great service. We do our best to ensure products leave us in perfect condition. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item we will gladly exchange or fully refund the item. Please inform us within 7 days the item is faulty or damaged and ensure it is returned to us within 14 days. We ask that items be sent back unused and in the original packaging, include a copy of your original invoice with your return.

Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind so please choose carefully, however we will gladly exchange. Any item sent back for exchange will be at the customers expense unless it is deemed faulty in which case we will cover the postage. We do not offer refund or exchange on any sale, discounted or promotional items unless they are faulty.
